This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games published by JUPITER TECH PTE. LTD. (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By installing or using our games, you agree to this Policy.

Data We Collect

Device data: device model, OS version, language, country/region, IP address, identifiers (e.g., advertising ID).
Usage data: gameplay events, session length, feature usage, crash/diagnostic data.
Account data: anonymous identifiers created by Unity Gaming Services (UGS) for login and leaderboards.
Purchase data: non-personal purchase receipts and transaction status via Google Play Billing (through Unity IAP).
Ads-related data: ad impressions, clicks, and performance metrics for ad delivery and frequency capping.

How We Use Data

Provide core features such as anonymous login and leaderboards (UGS).
Process in‑app purchases via Google Play Billing (Unity IAP).
Serve and measure ads via AdMob mediation.
Analyze product performance and improve user experience (Firebase Analytics).
Report crashes and diagnose technical issues (Firebase Crashlytics).
Store and sync limited gameplay or content data you choose to upload (e.g., progress, settings, or in‑game content) using Firebase Realtime Database and/or Firebase Cloud Storage.
Deliver remote content and updates (e.g., downloadable game assets such as AssetBundles via cloud storage/CDN).
Run product experiments (A/B testing) to evaluate features and improve user experience, where permitted by law.
Maintain security, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance.

Ads and Choices

We show ads via AdMob mediation. You can limit personalized ads by resetting or limiting your device advertising ID in system settings. Some data processing is necessary for non‑personalized ads (e.g., frequency capping, fraud prevention).

For users in the EEA/UK, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage consent for personalized advertising and certain analytics where required by law. If you do not consent, we will serve non‑personalized ads and may limit some analytics features. You can revisit your choices via the in‑game consent dialog (when available) or by resetting your device advertising ID.

EEA/UK Users: Legal Bases

Consent: personalized ads and analytics, where required by law.
Performance of contract: providing core gameplay features, in‑app purchases, anonymous login, and leaderboards.
Legitimate interests: service security, fraud prevention, crash diagnostics, and product improvement (where consent is not required).

Children

Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting us.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing activities. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis of processing.
